Join Cory for this 3 hour introduction to mindfulness meditation practice. This will be both In Person and on Zoom. The workshop will be recorded. All participants will receive the recording with access for 30 days. If you can’t attend live, sign up anyway and we will send you the workshop recordings. If you are attending live, the recordings will be a great review.
Mindfulness meditation offers countless benefits for your health, your mind, and your overall well-being. Many of us wish to adopt a regular mindfulness practice, but struggle to find time and get overwhelmed with options (there are over 100,000 guided meditations on the Insight Timer app alone!).
This workshop introduces practices like mindfulness of thought, body scan, Metta (or lovingkindness), self-compassion, and mindful walking. Take this opportunity to learn foundational skills and ask questions, so you can build and sustain a meditation practice you love with confidence.
For those who already have a meditation practice, this weekend workshop is a wonderful way to get some guidance to refine your practice.
