Indulge in 45 minutes of gentle yoga with Jennifer followed by 45 minutes of a soothing sound bath with a special guest each month. Experience deep relaxation as you open the body and quiet the mind with yoga and the healing vibration of sound. If you have never experienced a “Sound Bath” you are in for a treat. Our guests will play singing bowls and chimes to create a sound vibration that fills the room and reverberates through you – so you are bathed in sound waves. It is a very meditative experience and some say can bring a release of tension and a deep sense of calm. You will be immersed in peace.
