Join us for this GREAT series for Men. Designed for men, this series will help you de-stress, gain flexibility, strength and learn to meditate. This is an All Levels class and especially beneficial for those new to yoga and those who have stopped coming to class due to the busyness of life and want to resume a weekly practice. It is so worth it!!
