The 8-wk Trauma-Responsive Innovations for Mind & Body Program (TIMBo) is simple, accessible, transformational and universal.
It is designed for women. It strategically and empathically addresses the effects of stress and trauma on the body and mind. Through guided discussion, reflection, yoga and meditation, participants learn key practices for better health, resilience and well-being. You will gain tools to balance your nervous system, manage chronic stress and cultivate self-awareness and compassion.

Jennifer and Emily are both facilitators and trainers (Emily is the lead TIMBo trainer). The have facilitated and trained many groups both locally and internationally. And they both just returned from Rwanda where they trained community leaders in the TIMBo model and methodology.
We have also done many TIMBo programs online since many women take them from across the country. It’s a great format for this type of program.
