Please note that class meets at different times each day:
Wednesday May 30 : 11:00 – 11:45 am
Thursday May 31: 11:00 am – 12:15 pm
Friday June 1: 10:45 am – 1:15 pm
Each class will include both guided and unguided meditation, discussion, and break periods. The first two classes will build toward a longer meditation class on the last day of the week. This is recommended for students who are familiar with mindfulness meditation and would like to further stabilize their practice.

Fez has been teaching yoga and meditation throughout the Boston area since 2001. He regards his hatha yoga practice as both a natural extension of and a pathway back to his meditation practice which serves as the basis of his teaching. As a musician and a Cancer Survivor Fez regards yoga as an invaluable practice for the maintenance of his wellbeing. He works closely with his primary teacher Tom Alden and has also studied extensively with Barbara Benagh, Patricia Walden, Arthur Killmurray and Jin Sung.
