A long lasting yoga practice is carefully crafted over time. One of the greatest lessons we learn along the way is patience and persistence. Clean and crisp basic poses are what lead us into sustainable more challenging poses. Desiree returns to Laughing Dog with over 30 years of experience with her own practice as well as with hundreds of students around the world. Blessed with a very curious mind, she continues to evolve her teaching by studying with Physical Therapists and Weight Trainers to make the most of the combination of tradition and innovation. Sat: 3:30-6p – Strengthen and Lengthen the Back Chain: Forward Bends and Twists
Sun: 10a-12:30p – Stand Tall: Therapeutic work for the Neck and Shoulders, Including Inversions
Full Weekend: $225 by 3/14 or $250 after
