As a yoga practitioner, you know how valuable your practice is for maintaining your mental and physical health. A long lasting yoga practice is carefully crafted and maintained over time. As our world prepares to emerge slowly and carefully from it’s protective cocoon, we are similar to butterflies with wet wings.
In this workshop you will learn new and creative ways to examine and work with different areas of your body. All of this exploration will lead you to feeling a bit more centered and strong. We will reflect all along the way on the new vision we have for ourselves and the world around us.
Desiree Rumbaugh, co-author of Fearless After Fifty: How to Thrive with Grace, Grit and Yoga, has over 30 years experience with her own practice as well as with hundreds of students around the world.
