Join Maria Skinner, BeSoul Dancer, former Nia Trainer & Embodied Astrology Founder for our second “BeSoul Dance Seasonal Activation”. This special class includes Nia-style choreography, embodied astrology and exploration of our own inspired movement. We will celebrate the Spring season, specifically this Aries time of the year, and explore the energy of newness, inspiration and daring.

The Spring season consists of Aries, Taurus & Gemini. Aries is said to be the beginning, although in the cycle that is the Zodiac, we can say that Aries is really the time of the emergence, not the beginning per se, but the time when we are able to see for the first time what has been growing in the dark. Aries is Spring and the time of green shoots and blossoming bulbs. It is an exciting time filled with hope and excitement. 

During our time together,  we will come together to dance that theme via simple, crisp and exciting music and movement. All the music on the playlist is elegant and beautiful. Maria looks forward to dancing with you.

We dance the first hour and spend the last 15 minutes in a guided meditation to further connect to our vision and our grounded sense of Self.

Maria will be teaching each season. Each date is at the apex of that season, all the Cardinal Signs, all different Elements – Mark your Calendars!
