Cory, RYT-200 has been practicing yoga and meditation for over ten years and teaching for four. She completed teacher training through South Boston Yoga. Her classes are designed to lift the spirit, clear the mind and cultivate strength, flexibility and balance on and off the mat. A trained life coach and Reiki practitioner, Cory draws from a powerful mix of mind/body skills to help students tap into their own vast capacity for wisdom, creativity and happiness.

“Cory dispels the fog and cold of 5:45 am with a calm joy that starts your day with optimism. Starting with a call to explore an intention, you move into gentle stretches that awaken the body. The class proceeds with an opportunity to challenge your strength or balance or playfulness and ends with a meditation that sends you out to face the world. Cory’s style allows for you to move your sleepy muscles as much as you need to without over doing it.  When I start my mornings with Cory, I face work (and traffic) with a center of peace that carries through most of the day!”
