This movement practice has a way of bringing people together, while simultaneously connecting you to the needs of your body, mind and spirit. Whether you’re looking to boost your fitness level, clear your mind or just have a good time on the dance floor, Nia is for everyBody and every level of ability. When I started teaching Nia in 2006, I had no idea how much it would change my body and my life. It truly is one of the best parts of my day, and I look forward to sharing it with you.
