SUMMARY:Usui/Holy Fire III™ Reiki II w/ Emily Peterson
DESCRIPTION:Sat. 1/21 – 12:30-7:30p & Sun. 12/22 – 12:30-4:30p \nCost – $275  Buy Now – click and scroll down \nPre-Requisite – Usui/Holy/Fire III™ Reiki I (if you have trained in another tradition contact Emily – emilypeterson10@gmail.com) \nIn this experiential workshop\, you will learn the Level Two Reiki symbols. When used\, these symbols unlock higher levels of healing\, provide additional healing techniques\, and enhance the benefits of Reiki healing. The Reiki II placement further refines and strengthens the Reiki energy.  The Level Two training focuses on the symbols\, with ample practice time included in the class. \nThe class material also includes: \n\nBrief discussion of Reiki I – sharing experiences since placement\nReiki II placement\nReiki II symbols – complete meanings\, attributes\, and usage\nDrawing and memorizing the symbols\nInformal “Test” on symbols\nHoly Love Experience\nAdditional Japanese Reiki Techniques \nUsing symbols in a Reiki treatment (Hands-on practice)\nProcess for distance Reiki \nDistance Reiki Healing \nAdditional Breath and Energy Circulation meditation and discussion \nCertificates and Closing \n\nAmple time is allotted for both the hands-on body work and discussion with space for questions.  \nReiki is the Japanese name for the energy that envelopes and interconnects all things. It comes from the Japanese words rei (which means holy\, spirit\, mystery\, gift\, universal) and ki (which means life force energy). Reiki is our essential life force and everything alive both contains and radiates it. It is the essential life force of the stars\, the planets\, and everything on earth; it is the source of life in its fundamental state. In the practice we refer to as reiki\, this life force energy is spontaneously and effortlessly passed to the recipient through gentle\, non-invasive placement of the hands above or lightly touching the recipient. \nMost energy healing shares some basic concept of Universal Life Force Energy\, however reiki works on the premise that we all have the innate ability to channel this energy to heal both ourselves and others. It is in our genetic make-up. The reiki practitioner simply needs to be attuned and then to step aside to act as a loving channel for the energy to flow. \nWhat are the benefits of Reiki? Preliminary research shows that reiki may: \n\ndecrease anxiety and depression\nprovide inner peace and sense of well-being\nincrease self-compassion\nlower blood pressure\nprovide deep relaxation to encourage the body’s healing response\ndecrease aches and pains\nprovide deeper\, more restful sleep· decrease recovery time from illness\n\nMore and more people are embracing reiki as a method of self-care and self-healing\, as well as a means for deeper spiritual connection. It is also an incredible gift to offer friends and family\, including our furry friends. \nCost – $275  Buy Now – click and scroll down

Elijah Farrell\, a Natick High School junior\, has dedicated his life to basketball since he was 10 years old. He has played all 4 seasons for at least 3 years including Natick High School\, CYO\, and Team New England AAU. Prior to that\, including during the pandemic years\, he played at least 2 seasons every year since he was 10 years old. He is as disciplined an athlete any coach could want. Before he even arrives at Natick High School each day\, he has done a 75 minute workout at the local gym starting at 5:00am\, and 12 hours later will be there again for a 2-4 hour workout and practice each night. This is 7 days a week. Some version of this workout started in the 8th grade when he would go for a run carrying a flood light to his middle school so he could put up shots in the dark! As his mom\, I calmed my nerves about this so he could stay on top of his game. He is dialed in with diet and sleep and keeps his grades on point as well. I am happy to report all this hard work has paid off. \nIn August we got a call that Elijah was nominated by a coach for a position to represent the USA overseas in a Euro Youth tournament in Spain. After vetting him for the summer\, and interviewing us as a family\, he secured his position (one of only 10 kids going from the USA in his age division) and so will be competing in June in Barcelona for PhD Hoops Basketball USA. \nI’m really excited and proud of him for achieving this as one of his long-term goals was to play overseas since he was young. We as a family are really happy to see his efforts paying off. This trip will put him in front of both national and international coaches most likely affecting Elijah’s hopes to play in college where he intends to study exercise physiology\, or something similar\, as he wants to be a coach one day. \nThanks for your support and assistance helping us making this dream come true!”

After one session with Jennifer I gained insight into an emotional holding habit that I had accepted and that was causing me pain. I have begun to release this pattern resulting in far less suffering for myself. I have had only had 3 sessions so far but each time I have experienced a similar release. The process has brought me great clarity and a way of thinking that has been very quickly helpful in my life. I look forward to doing more sessions and possibly a training in the access consciousness program. ~ RM \n_______________ \nI received 4 Access Bars treatments from Jennifer over the weeks following my experience with acute Covid where I was left with terrible headaches and brain fog for 6 additional weeks post the acute sickness. Each session with Jennifer was incredibly settling to my system and would give me reprieve from the headache and dis-ease in my body. I would feel the calm effect for a few days after each session. Sessions were easy\, fully dressed and without discomfort. ~ MF \n  \n  \n
