In this workshop we will focus on CREATIVITY\, defined as the process of bringing into existence something new. \n“There is a vitality\, a life force\, a quickening that is translated through you into action\, and because there is only one of you in all time\, this expression is unique\, and if you block it\, it will never exist through any other medium\, and be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is\, not how it compares with other expression. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly\, to keep the channel open.”  Martha Graham \nWe will begin with an Nia class taught by Robyn Maltz\, Black Belt Nia teacher. Nia is an inspiring dance class that focusses on body awareness and the art of creating sensation. It draws from the energies of the dance arts\, martial arts and healing arts. After Nia\, we will build on your creative inspiration with a collage class taught by Diane Firtell\, well known artist from the Berkshires and Nia Black Belt.
