DESCRIPTION:with Fez Aswat\n\n\n  \n\nThis introductory yoga and meditation series is perfect for  beginners\, those who have taken an Intro series before\, those who have studied with Fez in either meditation or yoga classes and also experienced practitioners seeking to further understand yoga practice as an expression of meditation and a modality for healing. \nIt establishes a solid foundation in both yoga and meditation and will explore the interplay between seated meditation and postural yoga and how they support each other. As inspired by his teacher\, Tom Alden\, Fez will present a method that allows meditation and yoga practice to serve as a basis of experiencing insight\, understanding\, and well-being. Pre-registration required. No new drop-ins after 2nd week.
