Have you been wanting to begin yoga but don’t want to start classes via zoom or inside a studio. Well\, we got you covered. We are offering this special 4-wk series outdoors at The Gardens at Elm Bank in Wellesley. You will get great in-person instruction and be able to socially distance at the same time. \nThis Introductory Series is perfect for total beginners and those who want to spend more time on the basics. It provides the perfect foundation for a safe and well-rounded yoga practice in a 4-wk series format. \nSimilar to Level l\, this series introduces the principles of correct alignment\, breathing and meditation. Students will learn the fundamental standing poses\, seated poses\, twists\, forward bends\, backbends as well as the a practice sequence to do at home. \nSpecial Offer: Sign up with a friend or family member for the 4-wk Intro. to Yoga series and the cost is $70/person. That is a $10 savings. If more friends or family join they also pay only $70/person. \nNo new drop-ins after 2nd class.
