On Wed. 4/27, Hannah’s usual Yoga for Stress Relief class will be a Fundraiser for Mind Body Solutions, an incredible program that brings yoga to individuals with disabilities, trauma and loss.
This class will be a calming, grounding practice and a celebration of living in your human body. It includes gentle movement, mindful stretches and restorative poses with seated, prone and supine poses – no standing – and ends with a guided relaxation.
Recommended props: Bolster, blanket, 2 blocks

A Message from Hannah – “I had the privilege of doing an adaptive yoga training years ago with MBS founder, Mathew Sanford. I learned a lot about adaptive yoga, and even more about humanity and connection. Please consider donating to my fundraising page for help MBS continue and expand their incredible work.”
Hannah is a teacher at LDY and also program director for Voice Colors Yoga, a non-profit that offers a “comprehensive visually guided yoga curriculum for autistic individuals”. Hannah co-developed the curriculum and also offers training in teaching yoga to students across the spectrum.
All proceeds support Mind Body Solutions: A nonprofit 501(c)(3) with a mission to transform trauma, loss and disability into hope and potential by awakening the connection between mind and body.
